Our Jam Shops will consist of 6 weekly rehearsals where you will learn to play with others in a rock band setting. We will be choosing songs to perform during the first session, and then practicing and fine tuning them during the subsequent weeks. We can also focus on songwriting if the group chooses. Instuments will consist of a basic rock band set-up, including: guitar, bass, drums, keyboards and vocals. Have you always dreamt of playing in a band? Are you looking for a way to release your inner rocker? Are you between the ages of 18-118 and want to play with other women in a supportive, encouraging environment? Then this program is for you! Professional women musicians will be leading the sessions. All gear is provided including: PA, guitar and bass amps, keyboards and drums. Electric guitars and basses can also be provided - but if you have your own axe - bring it on! The cost for this program is only $220! If you're a complete beginner or feel like you're not ready to play with others yet, private lessons are also offered to get you off on the right track!
