Girls Rock n Roll Retreat and it's non-profit sponsor She Rock She Rock, are proud to host a bi-monthly All Female Jam/Open Mic! 

If you're a female between the ages of 2-102 and are interested in performing solo, in a duo/group or with our all-female house band, this is the place!  Camp bands from GRRR & Ladies Rock Camp are *highly* encouraged to perform here, as well!  We offer a very safe, supportive environment for both girls and women with little or no stage experience and those who are veterans of the music scene.  This is a great performance opportunity! 

The She Rock house band consists of teachers and staff from rock camp.  If you'd like to play with the band, please have one of the songs listed below prepared.  We have a drumset, guitar amps, bass amp, keyboard and mics available for your use, just bring your guitar or bass if that's what you play!  If you'd like some accompaniment for a song you sing or are just not ready to perform solo yet, bring a chart and we can accompany you.  You can also bring an iPod with backing tracks to perform with if you'd like.

This event is all-ages and the audience is open to anyone who wants to support girls and women!  There is a $5 suggested donation at the door.
